Earnest Many Eagles Student File

Student file of Earnest Many Eagles, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on September 17, 1898 and ultimately departed on July 1, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a returned student survey, student information cards and a report after leaving indicating that he was a stockraiser in Lower Brule, South Dakota in 1910.

In school documentation Earnest Many Eagles' name is also spelled Earnest Many Eagle, Ernest Many Eagles, and Ernest Manyeagles. He is also known as Ernest Briggs.

 

Joseph Shortbear Student File

Student file of Joseph Shortbear, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on March 14, 1904 and departed on March 21, 1904. The file contains a student information card and a report after leaving indicating that Shortbear was working as a wheelwright in Crow Creek, South Dakota in 1910. 

In school documentation Joseph Shortbear's name is also spelled Joseph Short Bear.

John Jannies Student File

Student file of John Jannies, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on February 23, 1901 and departed on June 28, 1906. The file contains a returned student survey, a student information card and a report after leaving indicating that he was a farmer in Grosse, South Dakota in 1910. 

In school documentation John Jannies' name is also spelled John Jennesse.
