The file contains an application for enrollment, a student information card, a medical/physical record, returned student surveys, a newspaper clipping, an outing record, a descriptive statement of students transferred from the San Juan Agency, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, a report after leaving, and correspondence that indicate William was an assistant farmer with the Indian Agency at the San Juan Indian School in Ship Rock, New Mexico in 1911 and again in 1914.
