The file contains student information cards, trade/position record cards, a photograph, outing records, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, correspondence, financial transactions, and a report after leaving that indicates Hodge was living in Salem, Oregan at the Chemawa Indian School in 1914 and was living in Requa, California in 1918.
