Student file of Thomas A Skenandore, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on March 23, 1888 and ultimately departed on May 18, 1896. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains two student information cards, a newspaper clipping, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Skenandore was farming in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1910 and was the second American Indian to serve in the United States Navy.
In school documentation Thomas A. Skenandore's name is also spelled Thomas Schanandore. He is also known as William Thomas Schenandoah and William Schenandoah.
