The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a photograph, outing evaluations, financial transactions, student information cards, a report after leaving, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, a returned student survey, and correspondence. The file indicates that Wheelock was living in Tomah, Wisconsin in 1913, was a teacher in the Indian Service at the Truxton Canon Indian School in Valentine, Arizona in 1914, and was living in Valentine, Arizona in 1915.
