The file contains letters/correspondence, trade/position records, a student information card, medical/physical records, a former student response postcard, an outing record, a progress/conduct record, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving indicating that Hermequatewa was a farmer and stockman in Toreva, Arizona in 1915.
In school documentation Andrew Hermequatewa's name is also spelled Andrew Hermesquatewa, Andrew Hermequaftewa, and Andrews Hermequtewa. He is also known as Ho-mi-quep-ti-wa.
