The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, outing evaluations, financial transactions, correspondence, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, a federal financial aid form, and a certificate of promotion.

In school documentation Joseph Yellow Head's name is also spelled Joseph Yellowhead and Joseph Y. Head. He is also known as Joe Yellow Head, Joe Yellowhead, Joseph Lawrence Yellowhead, Lawrence Yellowhead, and Lawrence Yellow Head.
