These images all reflect the Carlisle Indian School students, facilities, and staff. Images available here are drawn from files housed at the U. S. National Archives, from collections of Carlisle Indian School materials housed at various archival repositories, and from a variety of published sources. The message reads: "June 19, 1910, Dear friend Nora, I will drop you a few lines to let you know we are all well your people are well the last I see them and I hope you are still getting better and Nora, I will tell you the sun is shining today and it is very warm, Nora, we had so much rain, Nora, Yours truly Ditenlber[?]"

The postcard was addressed to Mr. A. W. George, Vail Mille, N. Y. The message reads: "Carlisle Pa. Aug. 17 '10. Dear Friend Arch, Just a line to let you know that I haven't joined the silent majority. I am still neddling [sic] furnaces."

The front of this postcard advertises a football game between Carlisle and Villanova University which was scheduled for September 24, 1910. There is a cartoon below the caption "This is What a Little Indian Girl Thinks the Indian-Villanova Football Game Will be Like." The image is attributed to a Martha Red Eagle, but no one attended the school under that name.

The postcard was addressed to Miss M. Ruth Baker, 1604 Green St., Harrisburg, Pa.

The postcard was addressed to Mr. Charles Jaggers, 533 W. Venango St. Phila. Pa. The message reads: "Dear Kid: We haven't been up line yet but will go before long. We are compelled to pay $5 for a yearly ticket to all athletic contests so I might as well use it this afternoon we play the western Maryland team this afternoon. Frank. This is only 1 building of Indian school."
