Richard H. Pratt forwards applications of three employees for leave of absence: Harry F. Weber (engineer), Edward A. Law (carriage maker), and Wilbert H. Morrett (shoemaker).  

Lt. Col. Richard H. Pratt submits a report that lists irregular employees who worked at the school during June 1901. The report includes details on compensation, position titles, race, and the number of days worked during that month.

S. L. Diven, the school physician, compiles the sanitary report for the quarter ending on June 30, 1901.

Richard Henry Pratt requests authority to purchase a No. 1 Automatic Damper Regulator in order to control the steam pressure of the four boilers. Pratt notes that this should be a more efficient system. In addition, he requests an 8 inch reducing valve with companion flanges attached and a low pressure steam gauge.

Richard Henry Pratt requests authority to purchase a new Peerless Thresher, Class E to harvest the upcoming grain crop at the school farms.

Richard Henry Pratt requests authority to purchase supplies in order to expand the dining room. Pratt notes that he will use student labor to reduce the costs associated with project.

Richard Henry Pratt informs the Office of Indian Affairs of the new for a new piano at the school's chapel gatherings. Pratt notes that he has negotiated with the Steinway company for a used piano for $700 as well as repairing their other pianos for an additional $100.
