Plans to Build Sewer System Underneath School Grounds and Henderson Farm

Webster Henderson informs Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman that the Carlisle Borough is planning to build a sewage tunnel that will go underneath the school grounds and the Henderson Farm.
