The file contains applications for enrollment, a trade/position record card, a progress/conduct card, a student information card, a medical/physical record, a returned student survey, an outing record, a report after leaving, and a former student response postcard that indicates Stranger Horse was working as a farmer in Wood, South Dakota in 1914.

In school documentation Moses Stranger Horse's name is also spelled Moses Strangerhorse.
