The file contains a student information card, an application for enrollment, a medical/physical record, an outing record, outing evaluations, a trade/position record card, financial transactions, and correspondence about her return home to Mahnomen, Minnesota in 1916.

In school documentation Lena Brunette's name is also spelled Lena Burnette, Lena Brunett, Leana Brunette, Lena Brunnette, and Leo Burnett (likely a typo). She is also known as Mallena Brunette and Mallena E. Brunette.
