The file contains a student information card, correspondence, an application for enrollment, a progress/conduct card, a medical/physical record, financial transactions, outing evaluations, an outing evaluation, and a report after leaving indicating that Fritts was a student in Chemawa, Oregon in 1914.
In school documentation John Fritts' name is also spelled John Fritz.
Note: Although documentation in his file lists John Fritts as Klamath, a researcher has indicated that he is actually Karuk.
