Gallus Spotted Eagle Student File

Student file of Gallus Spotted Eagle, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on August 19, 1905, and ultimately departed on June 3, 1912. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, former student response postcards, correspondence, applications for enrollment, a physical record, financial transactions, an outing evaluation, a conduct card, an outing record, and a report after leaving indicating Spotted Eagle was working as a farmer in St. Francis, South Dakota in 1914. 

In school documentation Gallus Spotted Eagle's name is also spelled Galus Spotted Eagle and Gallus Spottedeagle. He is also known as Carlos Spotted Eagle, Garnet Spotted Eagle, Callus Spotted Eagle, and Dallis S. Eagle.
