Frank Mitchell Student File

Student file of Frank Mitchell, a member of the Penobscot Nation, who entered the school on August 10, 1907 and ultimately departed on April 1, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a medical/physical record, a certificate of promotion, financial transactions, progress/conduct cards, an outing record, correspondence, outing evaluations, and an application for enrollment. The file indicates that Mitchell worked for the Ford Motor Co. in 1917 and 1918 on the outing program, completed the Ford training course in 1918, and was called for service in the U.S. Army in 1918.

In school documentation Frank Mitchell is also known as Frank J. Mitchell.
