Emma La Vatta Student File

Student file of Emma La Vatta, a member of the Bannock Nation, who entered the school on August 29, 1905 and departed on June 19, 1911. The file contains outing records, student information cards, correspondence, medical records, a progress/conduct card, an application for enrollment, an outing evaluation, a trade card, a returned student survey, and a report after leaving. The file indicates La Vatta was looking for a job as a Matron in the Indian School Service in 1912.

In school documentation Emma La Vatta's name is also spelled Emma LaVatta. She is also known as Emma Jane La Vatta (also spelled Emma Jane Lavatta). Her married name is Emma Kutch (Mrs. Charles Kutch).
