Charles W. Kennedy (Tienewngwas) Student File

Student file of Charles W. Kennedy, a member of the Onondaga Nation, who entered the school on June 29, 1900 and ultimately departed on April 7, 1910. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a photograph, news clippings, an application for enrollment, a progress/conduct card, a returned student survey, an outing record, financial transactions, a former student response postcard, a report after leaving, trade/position record cards, a medical/physical record, and correspondence. The file indicates Kennedy was the band master and disciplinarian in White Earth, Minnesota in 1910 and 1911 and was a disciplinarian in Hayward, Wisconsin in 1912.
