Alexander Cadotte Student File

Student file of Alexander Cadotte, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on March 29, 1906 and departed on June 21, 1911. The file contains correspondence, trade/position record card, a progress/conduct card, an application for enrollment,  returned student surveys, news clippings, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that Cadotte was a painter in 1911 in Bayfield, Wisconsin and raising stock and farming in Bayfield, Wisconsin in 1912

In school documentation Alexander Cadotte's name is also spelled Alex Cadotte and Alec Cadotte.

Note: Cadotte married fellow student Rose Ohmert.
