The survey indicates Arthur was farming in Pender, Nebraska shortly before entering automobile school in July 1911. The former student response postcard shows Arthur become an automobile repairman in 1912 also in Pender, Nebraska and which he continued in 1913.

The news clipping and returned student survey indicate that Walter was living in Miami, Oklahoma in both 1911 and 1912 while correspondence shows that in 1913 he was working in Belpre, Kansas.
