Philip Clairmont Student File

Student file of Philip Clairmont, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on September 13, 1908 and ultimately departed on June 7, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, a progress/conduct card, a trade/position record card, an outing record, outing evaluations, financial transactions, and correspondence. The file indicates Clairmont worked with the Ford Motor Company in 1917 on the outing program, was living in Mission, South Dakota in 1918, and was stationed with the Co. 43, 11th Battalion, 163 Depot Brigade at Camp Dodge, Iowa in 1918.

In school documentation Philip Clairmont is also known as Philip Claremont, Philip Clearmont, Philip Clarmont, Philip Claymore, and Judson Claymore.
