Katie Wolfe Student File

Student file of Katie Wolfe, member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, who entered the school on June 20, 1901 and ultimately departed on May 28, 1911. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a report after leaving, an outing record, a progress/conduct card, applications for enrollment, outing evaluations, a medical/physical record, student information cards, correspondence, a returned student survey, and a newspaper clipping. The file indicates that Wolfe was a business pupil in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1910 and a seamstress at the Cherokee Boarding School in North Carolina and did housework in Arkansas City, Kansas in 1913.

In school documentation Katie Wolfe's name is also spelled Katie E. Wolfe and Katie Wolf.
