Charles White Horn Student File

Student file of Charles White Horn, a member of the Osage Nation, who entered the school on August 29, 1912, and ultimately departed on June 12, 1916. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, financial transactions, an outing record, an outing evaluation, a federal financial aid form, medical records, a vacation request form, and correspondence. The file indicates White Horn was living in Hominy, Oklahoma in 1916 and 1917.

In school documentation Charles White Horn's name is also spelled Charles Whitehorn and Charlie White Horn.
