Notice of Combined School Publication

John Francis Jr. informs graduates and ex-students of the Carlisle Indian School of the combination of The Arrow and Red Man moving forward. Francis describes this measure as a result of increased costs and further cancels all free subscriptions. However, he notes that a discounted former student rate is offered and that this is an ideal way to support the work of the Carlisle Indian School.
