Resignation of Disciplinarian William Stimpel

Disciplinarian William Stimpel requests that Superintendent Moses Friedman raise his annual salary from $800 to $1,000 as well as remove Assistant Disciplinarian Wallace Denny from duty. Otherwise, Stimpel states that he will resign. 

Friedman forwards Stimpel's resignation to the Commissioner of Indian Affairs and temporarily appoints Alfred M. Venne to replace him. Acting Commissioner C. F. Larrabee accepts Friedman's requests.
