The file contains a letter, medical/physical records, a student information card, an application for enrollment, a former student response postcard, outing evaluations, trade/position record cards, a returned student survey, a progress/conduct record, an outing record, and a report after leaving indicating Goodluck was working as a silver smith in Manuelito, New Mexico in 1914.
In school documentation William Goodluck is also known as Hooska-nal-woot, also spelled Hoska-no-so-woot, Hooske Nalewooty, Haske Nolewooty, Hooskie Nalwoot, Haski Nale Woot, and Hooske Nalewoot.
