The file contains a student information card, a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, a returned student survey, outing evaluations, correspondence, a former student response postcard, a news clipping, and a report after leaving indicating that she was working as a domestic in Wyandotte, Oklahoma in 1911 before moving to Turkey Ford, Oklahoma to be a housewife in 1913.
In school documentation Anna Johnson is also known as Anna B. Johnson and Annie Johnson. Her married name is Anna Winney (Mrs. Thomas Winney).
