The file indicates that after graduating Monteith returned home to Kamiah, Idaho and married Harry Moffett, a member of the Nez Perce Nation.
In school documentation Sarah Monteith's name is also spelled Sara Monteith and Sarah Montieth. She is also known as Sarah Celia Monteith, Sarah C. Monteith, and Celia Monteith.
