Student file of Peter Calac, a member of the Rincon Nation, who entered the school on November 16, 1908 and ultimately left the school on November 11, 1916. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, medical/physical records, a trade record card, financial transactions, an outing evaluation, correspondence, an outing record, progress/conduct reports, a photograph, and a returned student survey. The file indicates Calac worked in the Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan in 1915 and 1916 and was a student at the West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia in 1916 and 1917 and was voted to the position of football captain for the 1918 season.
In school documentation Peter Calac is also known as Pete Calac, Peter R. Calac, and Pedro Calac.
A researcher contacting the project suggested that Francisco Calac was the grandfather of Peter, not the father as listed on his application for enrollment. According to the researcher, Francisco's daughter was Peter's mother, who later married Clemente Molido.
