Lipps requests to spend $400 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1914" account on water supply for domestic purposes for fiscal year 1914. Second Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs C. F. Hauke informs Lipps that previous contracts will cover the expenditure, so he does not need additional authority.
