          Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman requests to spend $40 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1912" account on 2 tons of patent plaster to use for teaching in the Masonry Department. Chief of Education Division approves the request, but the Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs asks for more detail as to what the plaster will be used for.
