Richard Henry Pratt responds to the request of Joseph and Anna King for the return of James and Louis King. Pratt notes that the term of enrollment for the two students will not be up until November 2, 1893. In addition, he states that the conditions at the agency are such that he would be in favor of not returning them at all and should be postponed as long as possible.
