Request to Purchase Water Supply for Domestic Purposes for Fiscal Year 1914

Carlisle Indian School Superintendent Moses Friedman requests to spend $700 from the "Indian School, Carlisle, Pa., 1914" account for water supply for domestic purposes for fiscal year 1914. He later corrects that the rate should be $0.03.33 per 1,000 gallons. 

A month later, Friedman forwards the same request. First Assistant Secretary of Interior Lewis C. Laylin gives approval but changes the rate from $0.03.33 per 1,000 gallons to $0.03.25. 

A year later, Oscar H. Lipps requests to spend $413.40 from the same fund for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 1914.
