Richard Henry Pratt replies to an Office of Indian Affairs letter regarding to superintendent vacancies among Indian Schools. Pratt notes that of his employees the Carlisle Indian School disciplinarian William P. Campbell would be disposed to accept a position as well as the school physician C. R. Dixon. Pratt ends by stating that Alfred John Standing would best serve the Indian Service by remaining in his current role.
