Page 84, Outings - Register of Pupils (1899-1900)

The Outing section of this Register of Pupils lists those students who went on outings while at the school between the years 1899 and 1900. This outing section runs from page 84 through page 124 of the register. The list of outings includes the name of the student, their nation, the name of the outing patron or host, the address of the outing location, and the date the student departed for the outing as well as the date the student returned to Carlisle. The Registers of Pupils comprise 2 volumes, which are located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1324.

Page 2, Record of Receipts and Disbursements Under Various Funds and Appropriations (1907-1913)

This volume of Record of Receipts and Disbursements Under Various Funds and Appropriations covers the period from July 1, 1907 to February 1, 1913. The entries for individual receipts or disbursements, which are arranged chronologically, include the date, details from whom received or to whom disbursed, the purpose, the quarter of year, the voucher number, and the amount received or disbursed under different appropriation headings. Pages without content were not photographed. The Record of Receipts and Disbursements Under Various Funds and Appropriations series comprises 3 volumes, which are located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1346.

Page 13, Record of Sewing Room Supplies and Products (1901-1908)

The Record of Sewing Room Supplies and Products contains inventories of supplies, records of receipts, and details related to the distributions of the finished products. The entries, which run from April 1901 to July 1908, are arranged in rough chronological order. Pages without content were not photographed. The Record of Sewing Room Supplies and Products comprise a single volume and is located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1342.

Several loose documents were found in this volume, including inventories of goods and records of materials expended.

Page 1, Register of Visitors (1909-1917)

The Register of Visitors lists individuals who visited the school between 1909 and 1917. Entries on pages 1 through 390 are arranged chronologically and include the visitor's signature, their hometown, and the date of their visit. Those entries on pages 391 through 501 are not in chronological order and many are missing a date and/or an address. Pages without content were not photographed. This register is located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1341.

Several loose documents were found in this volume, including an Attendance report from January 1917 that indicates 688 students were enrolled. (Of those 688 students, 553 were at the school in Carlisle while 131 students were on Outings and four were Absent on Leave.) Other documents include a 1916 Christmas dinner menu.

Page 4, Registers of Outings - Boys (1908-1917)

The Registers of "Outings" includes entries with students' name, the date of placement or leaving the school, the patron's name and their address, the date a student returned to school, and occasionally other information. Volume 4 has the records for boys between 1908 and 1917 and includes 806 entries of individual outings. This volume is part of a 4 volume set, which is located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1335.

The Registers of Outings include entries with students' name, the date of placement or departing the school, the patron's name and their address, the date a student returned to the school, and occasionally other information. Volume 2 has the records for girls between 1909 and 1915 and includes 1,118 entries of individual outings. This volume is part of a 4 volume set, which is located at the National Archives and Records Administration, Record Group 75, Series 1335.
