William Foster Student File

The file indicates Foster was a machinist in a railroad shop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1912, with the Reading Rail Road in 1913, and with the Philadelphia and Reading Rail Road in 1916, and was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1915 and 1917.
