This file contains applications for enrollment, student information cards, financial transactions, correspondence, trade/position record cards, an outing record, a medical/physical record, newspaper clippings, and a photograph. The file indicates Patterson worked for Robertson Cataract Electric Company in Buffalo, New York, was a corporal in the 74th Regiment of the New York Militia, and served in the Navy.

In school documentation Spencer Patterson's name is also spelled Spencer Pattison and Spencer Paterson. He is also known as Wagner S. Patterson.
