Samuel Miller Student File

Student file of Samuel Miller, a member of the Stockbridge Nation, who entered the school on December 11, 1891, graduated in 1902, and ultimately departed on February 10, 1902. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains a trade/position record card, student information cards, former student response postcards, a returned student survey, a letter/correspondence, and a report after leaving. The file indicates that Miller was lumbering and a musician with the Abrams Orchestra playing the bass viola in Gresham, Wisconsin in 1907, a teacher for the Stockbridge Indian Day School in Red Springs, Wisconsin in 1907, and a lecturer in Gresham, Wisconsin in 1913.
