The file indicates that Whipper attended the YMCA convention in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 1914, and was a student at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota in 1914. By 1917, Whipper was a seamstress in the Browning School in Browning, Montana.
