Rachel Chase Student File

Student file of Rachel Chase, a member of the Chippewa Nation, who entered the school on October 6, 1908 and departed on December 7, 1910. The file contains an outing record, a report after leaving, a news clipping, student information cards, a trade/position record card, an application for enrollment, a returned student survey, correspondence, an outing evaluation, a progress/conduct card, and a former student response postcard. The file indicates that Chase was a housekeeper in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1911 and working as a housekeeper in Solon Springs, Wisconsin in 1913.

In school documentation Rachel Chase's name is also spelled Rachael Chase. She is also known as Rachel M. Chase. Her married name is Rachel Chase Baker (Mrs. Charles M. Baker).
