Peter Tarbell (Tier Skanarveeti) Student File

Student file of Peter Tarbell, a member of the Mohawk Nation, who entered the school on September 10, 1905, graduated in 1917, and ultimately departed on May 26, 1917. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, outing records, outing evaluations, a progress/conduct card, financial transactions, and correspondence. The file indicates Tarbell worked with the Ford Motor Company in 1916 and 1917 on the outing program and was a member of Company C, 16th Engineers in the U. S. Army American Expeditionary Forces in France in 1917.

In school documentation Peter Tarbell's name is also spelled Peter Tarbel. He is also known as Tier Skanarveeti.
