Maria Analla Student File

Student file of Maria Analla, a member of the Queres Nation, who entered the school on August 24, 1884 and departed on July 8, 1889. The file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, a photograph, an issue of The Friend: A Religious and Literary Journal, and a report after leaving indicating Analla was married to former student Robert Marmon and living in Laguna, New Mexico in 1910.

In school documentation Mara Analla's name is also spelled Marie Anallo, Maria S. Analla, and Maria Anallo. Her married name is Maria Marmon (Mrs. Robert G. Marmon).

Note: The file contains a newspaper article referring to a visit to the home of Robert Marmon and his wife (Maria Analla). The article also refers to former Carlisle student Maria Steye (here Maria Iteye).

Note: Students Maria Analla and Walter Analla were probably siblings.
