Lillian Cornelius Student File (#6128)

Student file of Lillian Cornelius, a member of the Oneida Nation, who entered the school on October 27, 1911 and departed on June 4, 1914. The file contains student information cards, outing evaluations, financial transactions, an outing record, an application for enrollment, a conduct card, a medical record, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates that Cornelius was living in West De Pere, Wisconsin in 1914.

In school documentation Lillian Cornelius is also known as Lillie Cornelius and Lily Cornelius.

Note: Three students named Lillian Cornelius (all from the Oneida nation) attended the school. (All of them were also referred to as Lillie, Lily, or Lilly at times.) This naturally led to some confusion in the school's recordkeeping. Documents for the three students were located in student files 4159 and 6128. We have tried to correct filing errors and collect records for the same student in one place. Therefore you can find documents for Lillian Cornelius who entered in 1895 and departed in 1903 under file 4159a; documents for Lillie Cornelius who entered in 1885 and departed in 1890 are in file 4159b; documents for Lillian Cornelius who entered in 1911 and departed in 1914 are in file 6128.
