Josephine Sawatis Student File

Student file of Josephine Sawatis, a member of the St. Regis Nation, who entered the school on October 30, 1906 and ultimately departed on June 7, 1918. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, applications for enrollment, outing evaluations, certificates of promotion, a federal financial aid form, correspondence, outing records, and a report after leaving indicating that in 1910, prior to reentering, she was living at home in Hogansburg, New York. 

In school documentation Josephine Sawatis's name is also spelled Josephine Sewatis.
