Frank Johnson Student File

Student file of Frank Johnson, a member of the Winnebago Nation, who entered the school on September 27, 1902, and ultimately departed on July 1, 1913. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, a medical/physical record, an application for enrollment, financial transactions, correspondence, trade/position record cards, a newspaper clipping, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, and a report after leaving. The file indicates Johnson was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1917.

Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Agnes Hinman. That document has now been included with the Agnes Hinman file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 109_folder 4568.
