The file contains a news clipping, former student response postcards, a progress/conduct record, a student information card, a medical/physical record, a returned student survey, a trade/position record, and a report after leaving indicating that Day was a housewife in Wind River, Wyoming in 1914.

In school documentation Eunice Day's married name is Eunice McAdams (Mrs. James McAdams), also spelled Eunice D. McAdam.
