Student file of Edward Bracklin, a member of the Chippewa nation, who entered the school on November 3, 1909 and ultimately graduated in 1914, departing on April 8, 1914. The student did not attend the school continuously, but left and reentered. The file contains student information cards, returned student surveys, news clippings, medical/physical records, applications for enrollment, trade/position records, a report after leaving, a progress/conduct card, an outing record, and letters/correspondence. The file indicates that Bracklin was the historian of the Class of 1914, and was living in Stone Lake, Wisconsin in 1918.
Note: At the time of scanning at the U.S. National Archives, a document in this student file seemed to relate to a different student, Rose Whipper. That document has now been included with the Rose Whipper file: NARA_RG 75_Series 1327_box 141_folder 5562.
Note: Bracklin married fellow student Minnie Black Hawk.
