Edith Emery Student File

Student file of Edith Emery, a member of the Sioux Nation, who entered the school on September 16, 1910 and ultimately departed on August 31, 1918. The file contains student information cards, an application for enrollment, medical/physical records, outing evaluations, a progress/conduct card, outing records, financial transactions, a federal financial aid form, and correspondence.

The file indicates Emery graduated from the Kensington Hospital nurse training program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1916 and was a ward supervisor and head nurse at the Germantown Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1917.
