The file indicates Webster graduated from Carlisle High School in 1898, was a teacher in Flandreau, South Dakota in 1907, was a housewife in Kaukauna, Wisconsin from 1909 to 1911, and a housewife in Ponemah, Minnesota in 1913.

In school documentation Cynthia Webster is also known as Cynthia E. Webster. Her married name is Cynthia Webster Moore (Mrs. Job J. Moore or Mrs. Job Moore).
