This file contains a student information card, a returned student survey, a former student response postcard, and a report after leaving, indicating that she was married and living in Hogansburg, New York, in 1911.

In school documentation Charlotte Cook is also known as Wari Saro Kawennaiensen. Her married name is Charlotte Lazore or Charlotte Cook Lazor (Mrs. Philip Lazore).
