The file indicates Pratt worked at the Ford Motor Works Company in Highland Park, Michigan on the outing system and was living in Altoona, Pennsylvania in 1916 and 1917.
In school documentation Charles Pratt is also known as Charlie Pratt (also spelled Charley Pratt).
Note: Although this file shows an arrival date of September 10, the admissions ledger and his information card suggest that he actually arrived on September 9.
